The base unit SM-9400 is a 19-inch cabinet that equips a high bandwidth circuit backplane, four slots and power supply. With modular and slide-in design, all four slots are flexible to install the modules of Gigabit Ethernet, or Fast Ethernet NWay Switch. For extending the network distance, various fiber module connectors are optional and available. Each module is a standard switch that meets all IEEE 802.3u/x/ab Ethernet specifications.
