GE-1000SC/VF/MT are high performance 32-bit or 64-bit Gigabit Ethernet 1000Base-SX Fiber adapters demanding high bandwidth and flexibility. In full compaliance with PCI Revision 2.1, IEEE 802.2 & IEEE802.3z 1000Base-SX standards.GE-1000SC/VF/MT support 1000Mbps data rate in full-duplex mode and make more of the server processing power available. Designed with Level One LXT Gigabit Ethernet LAN controller, GE-1000 SC/VF/MT uses Bus-mastering DMA approach to optimize throughput and provide low cost and high system-level performance for network connections. GE-1000SC is equipped with SC connector and GE-1000VF is equipped with Volition (VF-45) connector, while GE-1000MT is equipped with MT-RJ connector. Corporate or campus network can be established via using GE-1000SC/VF/MT on the server or workstation for 1000Mbps data rate with multi-mode fiber optic cable. GE-1000SC/VF/MT support up to 220m on 62.5/160 multi-mode fiber, 275m on 62.5/200 multi-mode fiber, 500m on 50/400 multi-mode fiber and 550m on 50/500 multi-mode.
