FE-C107SC.S media converter is used to convert one type of media signal to the other type equivalent that allows two types segments to be connected easily and inexpensively.

FEATURES
IEEE802.3/u Ethernet supports two types of media converters for network connection such as 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX. The media converter is used to convert one type of media signal to the other type equivalent that allows two types segments to be connected easily and inexpensively. With the switch based architecture, the RJ-45 TP port is auto-negotiation for 10Base-T or 100Base-TX, the fiber port is 100Base-FX. The converter can be used as a standalone unit or as a slide-in module to the 19" converter rack(up to 10 units) for use at a central wiring closet
